My experience with Mrs. Tierra has been exceptional. We started working with her at the beginning of this year for feeding therapy for my son, and we have seen so much progress since then.

She has been incredibly patient, caring, and understanding of my son’s individual needs and behaviors. She has helped him work through different food textures, colors, and sensory challenges while making the experience positive and comfortable for him. 

Omg Morgan came to our lives last year both her and Tierra are amazing
communicators. My daughter has improve in her ability to grasp and listen to as well she absolutely love Morgan. I would 💯 recommend them to anyone.

Tierra started feeding therapy with my 8 year old in fall of 2025. In just a short time, she was able to gain my daughter's trust and has significantly reduced her anxiety around new foods. Tierra has a way of communicating with her that is gentle enough to make her feel safe, yet direct enough to keep her

My daughter, Adalynn, has been seeing “Miss T” (Tierra) for a little over 6 months, and she’s quickly become an essential part of our team. Addie gets excited to see her, and I’m excited to see the small but meaningful progress Addie is making with hands. She’s never been able to use them her whole life (she’s almost 5) and she’s making consistent moves towards trying to control them. T has really connected with Addie, who sees lots of providers and has very high standards! I appreciate how she has earned Addie’s respect by treating Addie with respect and listening to and interacting with her many forms of communication.  

We started feeding therapy with our 2 year old in December 2025, and it
made such a difference for our family. Before beginning, mealtimes were stressful and I constantly worried about her eating and nutrition. Her therapist was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and supportive — not just with my daughter, but with me as a parent too. She took the time to explain what was going on, gave practical strategies we could actually use at
home, and made every session feel calm and encouraging. Over time, she became more comfortable with foods and mealtimes became
much less overwhelming. I felt supported every step of the way and truly grateful for the care we received. I would absolutely recommend feeding therapy through 3 Step Services to other families.

We started our journey with 3 Steps Services in February 2026. Since which my experience with Tierra has truly been incredible. My high energy, Autistic son has a speech delay. He struggled with coordinating hands and feet to complete major and fine motor skills. He would get frustrated, scream and/or cry trying to do the basics in life. Tierra instinctively knew how to work with him. She teaches him through the avenues he finds the most interest in and challenges him with unfamiliar tasks as well to intrigue him. Most of the time he doesn't even know he's in therapy due to all the fun he's having. Often he comes home trying to recreate the fun he had in his sessions. Tierra keeps me updated of his progress and tips to sustain the progress at home. She also genuinely cares for my child and the progress he is making. Her motherly instincts of not only knowing her clients but reading them when they are having a bad day and meeting them where they are for day is very impactful to a child's spirit and will power to keep trying. She's definitely a cheerleader! My child will be ready for school and all of its challenges because of her. His success is a direct reflection of her mastery of the craft of Occupational Therapy.

We've had the privilege of working with Tierra for the past 10 years. Through her dedication, patience and expertise she has taught our son so many of the skills he needs to navigate everyday life. She has helped him build not only
important developmental skills but also the confidence to try new things and keep pushing forward to the next goal. She truly understands what each child needs, she sees their potential and works tirelessly to help them reach it.

We have watched our son grow in ways we never could have imagined and so much of that is thanks to her unwavering support over the years. Any family who works with her will be gaining not only an exceptional therapist but also a compassionate advocate for their child.

"We’ve worked with Tierra for several months now, and have already noticed some progress with my son‘s eating habits. My son has ARFID on top of ASD, OCD, and ADHD, and so he is totally resistant to trying new things. Tierra makes working with him more like play and so he’s willing to stay engaged and participate in his sessions. She communicates very well with him, given his limited abilities in that regard, and she gently pushes him out of his comfort zone (which is needed but she does it in a kind and appropriate way). We have noticed that my son will try bites of new food, and while there is still much progress to be made, we feel it is a promising start to real growth.
