Tierra Momplaisir
Founder & Lead OT
Hello! I’m Tierra Momplaisir, and for 13 years, I’ve been dedicated to helping children grow, learn, and thrive through occupational therapy. My journey began at Florida Southern College, where I earned my bachelor’s degree, followed by a master’s in occupational therapy from Alabama State University in 2012. I’m currently pursuing a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, with an expected graduation date in Spring 2026, a reflection of my commitment to lifelong learning and providing the highest quality care to the children and families I serve.
From the very start of my career, I knew pediatrics was where my heart belonged. Along the way, I discovered my true passion: feeding therapy. Supporting children as they overcome feeding challenges and empowering families throughout that journey has been one of the most meaningful and rewarding parts of my work.
To ensure each child receives compassionate and evidence-based care, I’ve completed extensive training in specialized feeding approaches, including
-
Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) Approach
-
AEIOU Systematic Approach to Feeding
-
Get Permission Institute Courses
I am also honored to have completed various feeding mentorships:
-
SOS Mentorship (2023)
-
Thrive by Spectrum Pediatrics (2025)
-
Pediatric Feeding Therapy LLC (2025)
-
Growing Independent Eaters (Ongoing)

The Number Three
I’ve never believed in a lucky number, but the number three holds a very special place in my heart. It’s the number that completed our family, and my three children are the greatest inspiration behind my work. You'll see this significance reflected in my company's logo and woven into my services, a constant reminder of the little ones who inspire me every day.

Testimonials
Nadia P.
"Tierra became a part of my daughter's team in October of 2023. She was referred to us because of her knowledge in feeding Therapy. Tierra has built a great rapport with my daughter at the age of three and continues to be essential now at the age of five. She has been able to accomplish goals that may not seem like a lot to others, but were huge accomplishments for my daughter. Tierra continues to bring her expertise, friendliness, and compassion for what she does to every visit."

"My son is now 7 and struggles with Anxiety and ARFID. Broadening his pallet and ensuring he has enough nutrients has been a real struggle for years.
With Ms. Tierra’s professional help, we as a family of five are all learning healthy, family bonding, positive reinforcement, trust, and fuel building techniques and strategies that reshape the way we eat and think about food as a family. Without her creative, science backed, guidance and support my son and our family would not be enjoying our meals together again nor would my son be opening his mind and mouth to trying other options.
We can’t thank her enough!!"

"Our son has been working with Tierra for OT and feeding therapy since May 2024, and she’s been an absolute blessing. She brings the perfect mix of gentle firmness and warmth, and always meets our son with care and compassion.
Tierra embraces our son’s quirks and truly gets him. She knows when to be soft and when to guide with confidence, and that balance has helped him make incredible progress — especially with food desensitization.
She’s calm, consistent, and completely dedicated. I would recommend her to any family looking for someone who not only knows her stuff, but genuinely cares."
