Core Focus Areas
Grounded in sensory-motor development, play, and family collaboration, our OT sessions are designed to meet each child where they are. We focus on:

Social skills
Break down social situations into manageable steps, using interests to make activities engaging, and provide strategies for managing emotions and navigating social environments

Motor Planning & Coordination
Enhancing a child's ability to plan and execute new or complex movements (e.g., navigating a playground or learning a new game).

Fine Motor Skills
Developing strength and dexterity in the hands and fingers for essential tasks like handwriting, cutting, buttoning, and using utensils.

Sensory Processing & Regulation
Helping children understand and respond appropriately to sensations (sound, touch, movement, etc.), which improves their focus, emotional regulation, and participation.

Visual Motor Skills
Improving eye- hand coordination, which is crucial for activities like catching a ball, drawing, and copying from a whiteboard.

Self-Care Skills (ADLs)
Promoting independence in daily routines such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and independent feeding.
