Our traditional pediatric occupational therapy services help children build the skills they need to participate fully in daily life at home, school, and play.

Core Focus Areas

Grounded in sensory-motor development, play, and family collaboration, our OT sessions are designed to meet each child where they are. Recurring rates at $120/hour along with customizable intensive packages including CIMT (Constraint-Induced Movement Therapy). Within our sessions we focus on:

Social skills

Break down social situations into manageable steps, using interests to make activities engaging, and provide strategies for managing emotions and navigating social environments.

Motor Planning & Coordination

Enhancing a child's ability to plan and execute new or complex movements (e.g., navigating a playground or learning a new game).

Fine Motor Skills

Developing strength and dexterity in the hands and fingers for essential tasks like handwriting, cutting, buttoning, and using utensils.

Sensory Processing & Regulation

Helping children understand and respond appropriately to sensations (sound, touch, movement, etc.), which improves their focus, emotional regulation, and participation.

Visual Motor Skills

Improving eye- hand coordination, which is crucial for activities like catching a ball, drawing, and copying from a whiteboard.

Self-Care Skills (ADLs)

Promoting independence in daily routines such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and independent feeding.

3 Step Momentum (Constraint-Induced Movement Therapy Intensive)

Designed to improve functional use of the affected upper extremity and hand through high-repetition, play-based movement and guided practice. With individualized goals and daily therapeutic activities, children build strength, coordination, and confidence in everyday tasks. This structured, immersive program promotes meaningful progress in a short time frame.
